Dr. Sherri Z. Heller is a key leader in the effort to help government human services agencies take advantage of modern management approaches and technologies – thus reducing administrative costs and better serving their clients.
Before joining the company in 2004, Dr. Heller served as Commissioner of the U.S. Office of Child Support Enforcement. Responsible for developing policies and priorities that guided the nation’s child support program, she spearheaded the creation of a breakthrough national strategic plan to guide policy and practice.
Previously, Dr. Heller was Deputy Secretary for Income Maintenance with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. She led the State’s welfare reform implementation, and was responsible for operations and policymaking for a wide range of public assistance programs. She also managed the implementation of electronic benefits distribution (EBT) and the introduction of welfare-to-work programs and policies.
Dr. Heller received her Bachelor’s Degree from Franklin & Marshall College and her Doctorate from Harvard University.
