Rohail Khan’s background includes over 20 years of sales, account management, strategy and operations, enabling clients to transform the delivery of benefit administration services to participants. Prior to joining Xerox, he was President of Benefits Administration, HR Outsourcing Services at Hewitt Associates, where his division accounted for $1.5 billion in annual revenue.
Earlier, Khan held leadership positions at Bank of America, E-Peopleserve, and Booz, Allen & Hamilton Management Consultants.
Khan has a proven track record of leading change and implementing substantive improvements at the organizations he has led. Having been with four Fortune 50 companies, his talents include:
